Shipping Policy

*Please note, any dates provided on-site and in other marketing communications from LaserCap.Me are to be used as guidance only. We do not guarantee order delivery dates and we are not responsible for carrier processing delays.

All orders are subject to processing and handling times; we will do our best to get your order processed as fast as possible and handed off to the carrier.


Please know the health and safety of our customers is extremely important to us. We are following state and local guidance and taking enhanced precautions in preparing your order for shipment. As a result, your order may experience processing delays coupled with universal shipping delays with carriers.

That being said, you should still expect your orders within 5-14 business days from the day you placed it. As soon as your order ships you should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking.

If your order does not arrive within 2-3 days of the estimated delivery, please feel free to Contact Us at (213) 403-0455 with your order number and we would be happy to look into this for you.

PLEASE NOTE: During the COVID Pandemic, we are unable to accept any opened returns for any reason. This is for the health and safety of our customers, our employees, and other parties involved. Thank you for understanding.


Orders are also subject to delays in line with shipping restrictions, please find more information here. We don’t ship to APO/FPO and PO Boxes.


LaserCapMe is pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on all Capillus RX 312 orders. Free shipping is only available in the US. Shipping to other countries will be charged standard shipping rates.

Return Policy

At LaserCapMe, we are committed to your satisfaction. All UNOPENED product(s) purchased at FULL PRICE can be returned for a refund (less return shipping costs) so long as you initiate a return within 30 days from the date on which you received your order. However, we will charge a 10% restocking and processing fee.

You are solely responsible for the cost of shipping any items back to us. If you purchased your product at a discounted price or agreed to participate in our study instant rebate offer, returns are not accepted.

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us at (213) 403-0455 to let us know the reason for your return request. Upon receipt and approval of your return request,LaserCapMe will issue a “Return Authorization,” which shall be delivered to you via email. Any opened products are subject to a 40% restocking fee.

Your Responsibilities

A copy of the return request should be included when you mail back any products. No returns will be processed unless and until a return authorization has been issued.LaserCapMe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. As such we recommend using a reputable private carrier for shipment or certified United States Postal Service packages with insurance and tracking.

You are responsible for packing the product and for delivering the packed product with the affixed shipping label to the nearest [USPS/UPS/FedEx] drop-off location. Please keep proof of your return in the event your package does not reach our warehouse as expected.

Please allow us 72 hours to process your return requests. Refunds may take anywhere from ten to fifteen days to post to your payment method, depending on the payment method used.

LaserCapMe reserves the right to modify its Return Policies at any time.
